Retrotel Policies


Retrotel will ship your order via UPS, FedEx or palletized freight in most cases and pass our volume discounts through to you. If you require another carrier, please let us know. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days by default ground service.  Overnight, 2-day, 3-day or ground service are optional services at an additional charge. 

Local Pick up in Palm Desert, CA is available.


Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for any item returned to us. Contact your sales representative for an RMA number prior to returning any item for any reason. To expedite the process, we just need to know the reason and the serial number.  RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the return label of the shipment being returned or the shipment will be refused. Out-of-box-defectives must be returned in original packaging, unmarked, with all cords, user guides etc. included.  All returns must be received back at RQ Communications within 30 days of the RMA being issued.


Restocking Fees

No restocking fee will be charged for defective merchandise still covered under warranty. All other returns, refusals or cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any shipping charges incurred by RQ Communications
