The Poly Savi 8220 Headset and Charging Cradle 85T31AA#ABA-N provides a new replacement headset for compatible Poly Savi 8200 Series wireless communication systems. This package includes the stereo Savi 8220 headset and its compatible charging cradle. It does not include the primary DECT base station or D400 USB adapter required to connect the headset to a computer, desk phone, or mobile device.

The stereo, dual-ear wearing style helps users concentrate by providing audio through both earcups. Hybrid active noise cancellation reduces distracting sounds for the headset wearer, while the noise-canceling microphone and close-conversation-limiting technology help prevent nearby voices and background noise from reaching the other party.

Using DECT wireless technology, the Poly Savi 8220 Headset and Charging Cradle supports extended movement away from the connected base or adapter. When paired with a compatible Savi system, the headset provides a wireless range of up to 590 feet in an open area or approximately 180 feet in a typical office environment. Actual performance depends on the building layout and surrounding wireless conditions.

The rechargeable battery delivers up to 13 hours of talk time and up to 50 hours of standby time. Integrated controls provide convenient access to call answer and end, mute, volume, power, and active noise cancellation. Voice alerts can notify the user about mute status, connection status, remaining talk time, range limits, and low battery conditions.

SoundGuard Digital technology supports safer listening by protecting against sudden audio spikes and managing daily noise exposure when properly configured. The headset can also be managed through compatible Poly Lens software.
